首先排查是否有异常文件（并非用户自己的大文件）。

一、常见异常文件

1、回收站文件未清理（位置：/home/ysgz/.local/share/Trash/）

2、everything全盘全文搜索软件bug(位置：/opt/apps/cn.edu.nuc.everythings/)

3、安卓异常bug日志(位置：/var/lib/Kbox/logs/console.log)

4、旧版微信残留文件（位置：/home/ysgz/.config/weixin/wechat/user/ac.db-wal)

5、wine版微信自动下载的文件、视频、图片缓存（位置：/home/ysgz/Documents/Wechat Files/）除了All Users

6、wine版QQ自动下载的文件、视频、图片缓存（位置：/home/ysgz/Documents/Tencent Files)除了All Users和Applet

查找到上述异常文件，先告知用户情况，可以释放数据盘空间。
